Requirements for the Position of Bible College Receptionist cum Librarian
Educational Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Library Science, or a related field is preferred.
Additional training or courses in customer service, library management, or secretarial studies is an advantage.
Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role, preferably in an educational or religious institution.
Experience in library operations, including cataloging, book management, and assisting patrons, is highly desirable.
Customer service experience, especially in managing inquiries and providing assistance to students, staff, and visitors.
